Tabbed Index Dividers are produced on heavy 8-pt. stock and are available in four-color front and back combinations, either separately or as an extension of product section participation.The total rate for the two-page Index Divider advertising is 7615, which includes two product section pages. For additional product section page, please consult the Publication Manager. Tabbed Index Dividers will also be represented in the CD and Internet Editions. Cover Positions Second, Third and Fourth Covers are available as part of product section participation in four-color ONLY at an additional charge of 1920.
